Spiridon-Neven-DuMont Prize
The advancement of talented young people is close to the heart of the Neven DuMont family. Since 1998, Prof. Alfred Neven DuMont and his wife Hedwig have endowed the "Spiridon-Neven-DuMont-Preis", which is dedicated to their son Spiridon, who died early. The prize is awarded to outstanding young artists who studied at the University of Arts for Media Studies [Kunsthochschule für Medien (KHM)]. The money prizes given are supposed to make possible further artistic projects.
