Förderverein Romanische Kirchen Köln e.V.
Förderverein Romanische Kirchen Köln e.V., which has been in existence since 1981, has set itself the task of promoting the preservation and physical form of the Roman churches in the city of Cologne. In addition, the association is dedicated to the scientific research into Cologne churches. It organizes public sightseeing tours, guided tours and through series of lectures attempts to increase public awareness of the churches. The association was founded on the initiative of the publisher Dieter Schütte. He has been a member of the management board of the association since 1981.
