HALESMA
"Hallesche europäische Journalistenschule für multimediale Autorenschaft/Alfred Neven DuMont (HALESMA/A.N.D.)" was founded in January 2003 is dedicated to the forward-looking training of journalists and offers graduate students a two-year course in multi-media studies. In addition, weekend courses and lectures for multimedia experts also take place. The institution is a cooperative project of the Institute for Media and Communication of Martin-Luther-Universität in Halle Wittenberg and Mitteldeutsches Druck- und Verlagshaus (Halle/Saale). In the year 2000, Prof. Alfred Neven DuMont in Cologne initiated the school.
