"Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger" is given
the subheading "Kölnische Zeitung": The editorial
staff, expanded continuously since 1953, is to continue the
tradition of the former flagship of the company.

"EXPRESS" appears daily with an
initial circulation of 30,000 copies. In 1966, the newspaper is
expanded by a Bonn, and in 1967 by a Düsseldorf edition. The
circulation increases within these three years to 300,000
copies.
