Berliner Zeitung

The Berliner Zeitung newspaper first appeared on 21st May 1945 in a run of 100,000 copies in a four-page format. The newspaper was relaunched in September 1997 with a new look and changed content, the layout was designed by the renowned newspaper designer Robert Lockwood.

The editorial offices of the Berliner Zeitung are staffed by young and older journalists from both East and West, the team consisting of experienced professionals and up-and-coming talents, of Berliners and non-Berliners.

The Berliner Zeitung today is the young, modern and dynamic daily newspaper from Berlin for the whole of Germany. It is not only the highest circulation subscription newspaper in Berlin, but also one of the most quoted subscription newspapers in Germany.
